PROMO CODE – BUPA20
(20% discount on Bupa Travel Products)

1. By entering the valid promotional code “BUPA20” (“Promo Code”) and making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. This Promo Code entitles you to a 20% discount off the quoted price and does not apply to taxes or fees levied on your purchase.

4. Discount applies to purchase of a single Bupa Travel Product covering you as the named member and your immediate family (your partner/spouse and dependents living with you).
5. Discount can be used for annual multi-trip and single trip purchases.
6. Promotion starts on November 10, 2022, and ends at midnight on January 31st, 2023 EDT.
7. Only one Promo Code can be used per transaction; Promo Code can be combined with discounts for online purchases.  Promo Code can be used more than once for additional purchases during the promotion period. 
8. To apply the Promo Code, you must enter the code in the promo code box at the time of making the online purchase, and discount will be automatically applied at check-out.  If you Promo Code is not entered at the time of purchase, it will not be eligible for the discount. 
9. Promo Code cannot be applied to previous purchases, or to a partner/spouse/family member added after the purchase.  
10. Bupa reserves the right, in its discretion, to alter, suspend, extend, or cancel this promotion at any time without notice before an online purchase has been made.
11. Promotions are not transferable or exchangeable, have zero cash value and cannot be redeemed for a cash alternative. If you cancel the Bupa Travel product after the purchase, the discount value is forfeited. 
12. All promotions and these Terms and Conditions are governed by Florida laws, without regard to choice of law principles.  All disputes are subject to arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts within Miami-Dade County, Florida.
13. The member also expressly and irrevocably consents to submit to personal jurisdiction in such Florida courts; agrees that venue is appropriate in such courts; waives any defense or objection based on a lack of personal jurisdiction; and waives any argument that such courts are an improper venue or an inconvenient forum.
    This Promo Code does not apply to markets where the Bupa Travel product is not available for sale. Please see more on www.bupasalud.com.
14. Improper use of the Promo Code is prohibited and may constitute fraud.
